MS Notepad

Should Microsoft Notepad be listed here?

I assume this page is meant to list some text-editing options for people looking to code; almost a slight endorsement in this context. Which either way, seems to be a bit irresponsible considering it doesn't play well with saving PHP files properly, and really isn't meant for anything smarter than HTML.

Unless someone wants it back on the list, I'm removing it.
