Mcp main front

MCP Main Front is the main page that a Moderator will go to by default when clicking the Moderator Control Panel link while not viewing a forum or topic.
The Moderator can also navigate to this mode by clicking on Main in the Options Navigation Panel.
This mode gives the Moderator a summery of:
- Latest 5 posts awaiting for approval (See Moderation queue)
- Latest 5 Reported posts (See Report posts)
- Latest 5 Moderator logged actions (See Moderator logs)
